In all the years, since 2009, that I have owned 3 Subarus, Erick Lopez is by far the best service representative that have dealt with. He went above and beyond with service and communication he provided.

Paid to have tires rotated, but they were not. Second time to have an issue with tire rotation. Most of my many services there have been excellent, except for these two visits.
My best experience at the Service Department to date. Transparent, patient, friendly and professional. I was surprised when offered a loaner vehicle due to the amount of time needed to service my car.

I requested a car wash, and just like previous visits before, the car wash is never taken care of. I'll be finding another place to do an $80+ oil change. Service is lacking and place seemed understaffed.

Was told vehicle would take a couple of hours. After an hour when I came back to the dealership I saw my car in the side lot. I asked about how much longer. I was told that it was probably in the back bay. He didn’t know I saw my car in the side lot. I felt lied to. Also, it took about 2 1/2 hours.
The service was too long waiting time. I made an appointment, it seems not difference with out an appointment. People who arrived after me left before me.
Dustin was very up front about pricing, trade in pricing, & very knowledgeable on the vehicles we’re looking at.
