The vehicle was completed within the promised time. The staff was very respectful and polite. I had a great experience again at this dealership.
I was expecting a higher level of professionalism.
Note that the seat was moved during the service as was the light switch setting. Surely it should be a rule that the car be returned in exactly the same state as it was left.
Eric was very kind and apologetic when the maintenance took longer on my vehicle than expect. Explained the situation well and called me with updates frequently. Overall extremely satisfied. Eric is a very kind a passionate employee and I recommend he is recognized for that.

Tanner was so helpful and patient. I had my 16K mile service only 1,500 miles before my 2 year service was due with my full service warranty ending. I had also asked for a cab rattle in the dash to be looked at. He offered to fix the rattle under warranty and give me a goodwill extension for the 20k mile service. The rattle is gone and I’m so glad to get the full benefit of the service. That was so unexpected and nice. Thanks Tanner!

The service advisor was great! The two headlamps installed are not pointing in the same direction. The effect being it appears only one headlamp is actually working. Disappointing coming from an actual Subaru service center. Wouldn’t be surprised had I taken it to some other mechanic. Not the end of the world. Thanks!
