First of all, I was told by the sales department when I bought my car that my first 2 maintenances would be free which was not the case. Second, when I picked up my car no one told me what services were actually completed. I asked for a car wash and didn’t receive one. I mentioned that the sunvisor clip was broken and was told they would replace it if they had it in stock or order me a new one. It wasn’t replaced and I have no idea if they ordered it or not. Overall, bad communication.
Julian is the most thoughtful and professional service representative I’ve ever met. He should be recognized for his excellence.

Erik needs some improvement with his communication style. When I told him my battery needed checking due to my car not starting a couple of months ago, he mansplained why batteries run down in a manner that was so simplistic it was laughable. “If you leave your lights on” . I didn’t. Just one example. There were many. When I questioned if something else may be draining the battery on a 3 yr old car, he said 5 years for new battery was normal. And? Nevermind. Just put in a new battery.
Also, my appt took 3 hours for a general maintenance and new battery. I was told about 90 mins at start for the general maintenance.
Very customer service-oriented and knowledgeable. Explained the servicing that would be completed. Thoughtful and kind!
JP is by far the best service advisor I have worked with at Bob Baker, and I have been a customer there since 2006 through two Foresters!
