Zack was perfect, professional, knew his job and did it... said he would let me know when my outback was done and did it... as I was walking out the door he was coming to tell me the car was ready. Give the man a raise!
My husband and I are satisfied however, there was a part that was not installed when we picked up the car after we were informed that it was ready. We arrived to pick up our car and asked about the molding on driver side. The molding had not been installed yet. We realize that mistakes happen! Thank you.

I had an oil change on Friday. Drain plug not put in correctly that led to loss of oil. I had to get car towed and take time off of work. Not happy.
