The initial start up was a little confusing. Lots of people running around but no clear direction. As soon as Zack stepped in everything was clear and orderly. The work was completed exactly as stated and on time. Great work.

It starts with the ease of making the appointment through to Tanner who is very professional and friendly and makes a point to ensure I’m taken care of in a timely fashion. And he communicates status well throughout the day. I drive 50 miles out of my way to go to Bob Baker Subaru in Carlsbad because of the wonderful service I continuously receive.
The only problem was a car wash was supposed to be included with the service but your machine broke. Now I have to wash it myself!
Otherwise all good. Tanner was very polite and efficient. Good service.
