The upselling was way too much this time. I know you have to go by the book on your recommendations, I’m not replacing my entire rack just because I have a power steering pump that needs to be topped off twice a year. If you offered real advice instead of just trying to maximize dollars per car people might come back more.

Booked in at last minute, nice and helpful. Needed a new battery not covered by the warranty but allowed us to use a voucher so we were happy. Looked at a few other issues too, and cleaned the car for us. Very pleased. Zackery is a helpful guy.

I was very satisfied with tanner. I was nit very happy that i called a left a message fir asap response and recd a call back 2 days later and they made an appt for a week later with no apology during which time the car was not usabke

The service and representatives are wonderful. I just don’t understand how even with an appointment it takes almost 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I do realize all fluids are checked. We have had similar times in the past but thought it was due to not having an appointment. Do I not have realistic time expectations. If this is true maybe communication of expectant times should be shared at time of scheduling. Again service and staff are wonderful. Time is only issue. Thanks
