The young man that helped me went above and beyond I can’t express my thanks it was just amazing he offered me another iPhone cord And explained the CarPlay so that display would show my GPS he explained my Wi-Fi how I can improve it at home even just an incredible experience and I can’t thank you enough.

Slightly disappointed with Tanner Knapp. I just purchased my Subaru at Bob Baker and there was a part that needed to be replaced due to some scratches before purchase. I was fine with having to drive back down from Santa Barbara to have it replaced at a later date. I was told I would be able to have a loner car so that I could still make a day out of being in Carlsbad. When asking Tanner about it he started to tell me that they can’t give me loaner cars, that I needed to contact the sales rep that helped me buy the car, and that even then they wouldn’t be able to authorize a loner car because there was no manager that could do it. I then went in to sales to find the rep that helped with my purchase and described the situation. They said a completely different story than tanner. Eventually someone came to help and went and talked with Tanner and had him get me the loaner. Extremely simple process when it came down to it. Also had a few other questions that he blew off. My tire pressure was really high when I purchased it, 41 psi, and he said he would get that lowered to the normal pressure. This was not done. I feel disappointed in this experience from Tanner considering I just purchased my first car for myself with you guys. Outside of this I have had great experiences.
