Really appreciate Joseph Phillips (JP) in your service department.. He is a no-nonsense communicator and I appreciate that. It’s never fun to need new breaks on your 2016 Outback but JP did a great job communicating and delivering results.
Tanner provided great service by getting my first servicing of my new 2021 Outback completed efficiently, considering it also required an installation of a ‘CCM software update’ that I was told in advance by service Dept would take about 4 hours.
tanner was really amazing. He got to the point with the issues of our vehicle and didn't try to upcharge us on a bunch of stuff that was unrelated. I was really satisfied and the customer service experience was exceptional. Will definitely be dealing with Bob Baker Volkswagen Subaru in the future thank you
