I was completely satisfied with my service today. Zach was personable and took care of everything inspiring great confidence. Everyone did their jobs well and then some. I have nothing to add. Do not send me another time consuming survey, I will not use my valuable time to fill it out.

Julian was very professional.He listen Ed to my concerns and seemed to truly want to help. He is friendly and kept me posted. Once my car was done he explained what had been wrong and how it was repaired. Definitely committed to customer satisfaction. Seems to truly enjoy his job.

None at this time. All went well, my concerns were addressed. Maps in my outback quit working, I'll get appointment soon. The auto lane control does not like high winds, it tends to question me to put my hands on the steering wheel when my hand were on the wheel. The system wanted to drive me to off ramps when I wanted to go forward. It happened two times and I had to jurk the wheel to get back on the road. Stephen

The problem of the backing of the rear seat being loose and not fitting correctly was made worse. Also, the sides of the rear seat backing were not installed correctly so it flaps out, and it didn't before. I look forward to discussing this further.
