I was completely satisfied with my service today. Zach was personable and took care of everything inspiring great confidence. Everyone did their jobs well and then some. I have nothing to add. Do not send me another time consuming survey, I will not use my valuable time to fill it out.

The auto lane control does not like high winds, it tends to question me to put my hands on the steering wheel when my hand were on the wheel. The system wanted to drive me to off ramps when I wanted to go forward. It happened two times and I had to jurk the wheel to get back on the road.

Zach is wonderful! Super kind and really helpful. He told me to reach out to him directly and he will help me with any future appointments if I need it. Excellent customer service experience, had be out in a hour and I could tell he genuinely cared for myself and other customers.
The problem of the backing of the rear seat being loose and not fitting correctly was made worse. Also, the sides of the rear seat backing were not installed correctly so it flaps out, and it didn't before. I look forward to discussing this further.
