Mr Tanner was professional listened to my concern and solved it turned out to be my mistake for the car messing up because of an accessory item... service was definitely pricey plus Uber rides back and forth so that was a downer... but problem is solved and Mr. Tanner did a great job..what more can you ask for. Thanks again!
For the company I wish there was some kind of shuttle or free ride to and from when turning in a vehicle. Service was a bit pricey and on top of that Uber rides to and from adds to it.

Mr. Phillips courteously and promptly met all my needs - he informed me that the condenser repair would take multiple hours, and provided me a loaner vehicle so I could quickly return to work. He also assisted in diagnosing a problem with my Forester's USB port, and ensured that the issue was resolved. Staff like Mr. Phillips will keep me coming back to Bob Baker Subaru!

He addressed my issue promptly (as he has in the past), got me a loaner, communicated with updated timelines as things progressed, and got me out efficiently.
