I would just appreciate someone checking in once and a while to give somewhat of an update. Three and a half hours is a long time to sit there with no idea of what is going on with your vehicle.

Between Ron the service manager and Brandon the shop computer technician both were so great to deal with, no waiting around watching frustrated clients like I’ve witnessed at other shop. They fixed my issues and both just really easy to communicate with!

Zach went above and beyond to help me with my bluetooth issue in my car and resolved it himself. He was also very informative about the services my car would be getting and what is needed. I thought Zach did a great job. Strong work.

The only improvement I would recommend is that you offer a shuttle service on Saturdays too. When I dropped off my car late Thursday,it wasn’t made clear to me that the shuttle service would not be available to pick me up on Saturday so I could get my car. It is only available on the weekdays. This is an usual since people are dropping off their card and picking ups their cars ialso on Saturday. It left me trying to scramble to figure out a way to go to get my car on Saturday morning. I ended up having to pay a $24 Uber ride that I was not counting on. Had I known ahead of time I could’ve made arrangements for a friend to give me a ride.
