Very accommodating for what I needed. Left my keys with sales for a late pick up and very detail oriented.
Chewie was really cool and explained the process and made me feel at ease with leaving my car. And when I got it back explained what the problem was and reassured me everything was great which it was.

The service department was professional and friendly, the went above and beyond to assist. The issue was with the parts department, the female working there was completely unprofessional, no acknowledgement of my presents and completely oblivious to her surroundings, she was more concerned about the contents of a soda can as opposed to assisting people stand right in front of her. This occurs around 10:00 am Saturday February 3, 2018. This is my footing encountering such an unprofessional employee at this Volkswagen parts department. The complaint was made to management in the Sales department butI feel it was unfruitful.
He was very thoughtful and attentive to my requests. The work was completed ahead of schedule and performed well.
