As I drove away from the dealership on the freeway, my tire pressure warning light came on. I exited at Pointcetia Lane to check the tire pressure. Everything seemed normal, so I think the Set tire pressure button wasn’t pushed after servicing the tires.
Joseliel did an excellent job of taking care of us.
And the gentleman who finished processing me (Julian at lunch) was also terrific!
You all were very polite, took the time to listen to me about my concerns and tried to help me resolve my auto problem.
i wish the gal i made the appt with had told me the stated time of the alignment would be 2 hours...that was a surprise, as was the price which had gone up since it was last quoted to me.
otherwise, all was great.
I was happy with the service but I was surprised when I arrived at 7:30am it was a two hour wait for my car to be serviced. This should be noted on the site for customers to plan accordingly.
He was really on the ball, communicative and made the experience of having to get your car worked on an absolute pleasure. What a gem!
