I was not offered the shuttle for a 30,000 mile service which was to take 3-4 hr and ended up taking 5 hours.

Service was great. My only complaint is that half the ceiling lights in the waiting room were turned off making it a strain to read my paper while I waited. Other than that it was a good experience.
