Yes! My Service person Zach and service manager Norman went out if their way to help us! It seems that my 2015 Outback had just come out of warranty but they took care of the battery under warranty and not only that Norman the service manager help me call the main office and get a special coupon that help offset the cost of other things as well so 100% satisfied happy Subaru owners!

Zach is always kind and efficient. He explains things well and makes sure everything is done right. He even made sure my Bluetooth was working after the service was completed because he knows I struggle with that. My next car will be a Subaru so that Zach can be the one who helps me. This is really important to me as a single, older adult. I need that person I trust-Zach.
Joseph was fine. But the car wash situation was less than ideal. It took over 20 minutes to receive our car after paying for our service.
JP was super knowledgeable and personal and the estimated service time was accurate...my only complaint is that i requested a vacuum and wash of my WRX yet it was only washed. overall I was very pleased with the quality of service
