J.R. is a consummate rep. He made sure my car was repaired correct and test ran it and asked if I had any questions at all. He is thorough and professional. He's also a nice guy! Don't let him go. He ROCKS!!

Bobby was really great and got my car taken care of very quickly. Unfortunately I realized the next day that the computer update that had been done turned off my cruise control. The first time I called the dealer to ask if I could bring it in the fix it, the person I spoke to was not very helpful and was actually a bit condescending and was going to make me wait until the next week to have it "looked at". Fortunately I thought to call back and talk to Bobby directly. He was great, again, and had me come in the same day and got it fixed asap...I think. Haven't had a chance to try it yet actually so I am just crossing my fingers that it is now working. :). None the less, Bobby made the experience great. Unfortunately I don't know who the unhelpful and condescending person was that spoke to. :(.
