Julian (sp?) in Service was AMAZING. I had a bizarre electrical issue that took a day to resolve. But there was not inconvenience at all. I was provided a loaner and given regular updates. Turned out to be a pinched wire...and was able to collect my car the next day. This is the reason I have chosen the Carlsbad service department...great people great service. Lisa S

Zach was great. Everyone was helpful but the product they used on the plastic floor mats made it so slippery that I slipped into the car. They wiped it again but the product used probably makes the floor mats unsafe. Afterwards, I drove very carefully, not wanting my foot to slip as I accelerate. My new car looks great but I wish that product had not been used on the drivers side mat.
Julian was awesome! He had a new transmission put in my car faster then Apple took to fix my phone....for real. Great service, quick and no hassle. Hopefully I don’t have to bring my car in again but if I do... I’m taking it to Julian. Two thumbs up????????

My car wasn’t fixed
Thrown out of rental because Subaru didn’t want keep paying
So they put me back into my car without fixing it
Until the part arrives. Now driving the car with engine light on
Julian Perez was very nice, as are all your employees. My 5 hr wait for a non working Sirius radio problem, which didn’t get fixed in that time frame, was a waste of my time. I called Sirus and they downloaded a connection, which I again lost when I turned my car off. I will bring my car back next Tuesday to try an upgrade to the system. I would like a loner car as I am not sitting around another 5 hrs. I have trouble believing a tech couldn’t fix the problem in 5 hrs if he knows what he’s doing.
I was disappointed that a shuttle driver couldn't pick me when Ron had said that the shuttle guy would call me to arrange pickup. As it was, I called my wife last minute at 5pm for her to run me over to your place. Not a huge deal, but you probably don't want to set something up and then cancel it so late; leaving me scrambling. Overall you guys do great though.
If this is, as informed by the service agent, a problem that has been seen before, I would expect some sort of notification or recall would be in order.
The car was finished on time and Ron waited to go to lunch until my car was delivered to me
JP was very helpful and courteous.
Zach is the best service guy around! He's the reason I return to Bob Baker Subaru all the time. Excellent, friendly, trustworthy service!
