Took my car in last week for oil change during the service they found out my car had a oil leak from the turbo pcv hose. They made me an appointment for today at 10am to be fixed. I took them 2 hours for the service department to tell me it had a PCV turbo and the parts were not in stock. I don’t know why they did not order the PCV valve and hose since last week when they found the issue. Today I was there for 2 hours feel I wasted my time there since last week they had told me the issue from the beginning today was just a wast of time.
