I was told that my vehicle would be returned to me with a full tank of gas as I dropped it off. I pointed that out before ageeing to allow the service manager to drive my car for the weekend to replicate an issue.
When I picked up my vehicle, it was not refueled. Brent was not available since it was a late pickup.
Oil leaking from vehicle afterwards. Noticed 2 days later and had to return to dealership to fix.

Brent answered all my questions and ensured no time was wasted during my last visit. I cannot say the same about my previous visit though. It wasn’t Ron’s fault but my vehicle was washed when it shouldn’t have been and due to negligence a deep scratch was left on the hatch of my car unable to be buffed out.
