Julian was OUTSTANDING. I drove up, without an appointment because I was afraid to turn my car off for fear it wouldn’t start again. He took my car, arranged a shuttle ride to ViaSat and took care of the problem. If I could give him six stars I would! Once again, another reason why I go to Bob Baker for my service needs.
