Brent did a very good job of keeping me inform of the vehicle status. He also took the time to explain the issue to me both over the phone and again in person which was very helpful. There was no issue for me as I dropped off the car without an appointment due to the error message that I got about the transmission which was great. I thought I would have to wait a long time but I didn’t!
Today was worst service ever. There was no communication. Had an oil change and was suppose to have the tires rotated with and estimated time of an hour and a half. After two hours I went looking for my car only to find my representative went to lunch. My tires were not rotated because one was said to be internally bald. Really, two hours for an oil change. Even though I bought the car there I won’t be returning for service.
