Zach has been great. I had a couple of poor experiences with the previous service manager who apparently is no longer at the Carlsvad location. Glad I gave Bob Baker service department a second chance. And especially glad that I've been working with Zach.

It would have been helpful if the scheduler told me when I called that the car could not be serviced while I waited.
JP and my recent service was terrific, particularly given the magnitude of the needed repair (new radiator). JP was responsive, made it a breeze to have a loaner and kept me informed on status through the process.

Service was fast and more service was provided then I would have thought for a Saturday. I work 12 hrs a day 7 days a week and had a window open for me to have worked performed on my car. Figuring I would only be able to get the oil changed Brent was able to get the 100k service done, brake fluid replaced and a failed license plate light taken care of while I waited. Thanks Brent!

Girl who made appt should have told me that I needed my claim #. Even though it was in my letter, I didn't get a tank of fuel, some BS about a phase 3.
