From check in, having a laugh with me, getting the courtesy car ready and just generally being a very upbeat, nice dude this guy was awesome and it took no more than five or six minutes. As usual Zac was outstanding in the service he provided. Zac called me when the car was ready for pickup and it was ready when promised. When dealing with Zac you really get the feeling that he is trying to help make the drop off and pickup process easier for the customer.
