I have always appreciated Bob Baker car dealerships. I own a Jetta, now my Subaru. Eric did a wonderful job accommodating me and taking care of my questions. My car is working beautifully. I would suggest though that the company make accommodations for those who have to go to work and who can’t stick around for 2 to 3 hours while the car is being serviced. Maybe you could share the service with the VW dealership behind you and Carlsbad off at the Paseo. That would be so helpful, accommodating and create good will.

I did not have appointment, and Julian said it was very busy day. But he still took my car in to fix it for me. Also last time with a different guy, the same issue took a week to fix. But Julian was able to get my car fixed in a day.

Best customer service I have received, Explained what the repair was, said my car would be ready in about 1 1/2 hour, was done early and he walked out to let me know it was done. Also very helpful in scheduling another appt. I hope you appreciate him,he is a excellent employee.
At first I was under the impression that the recall was for the steering wheel airbag. Once I learned it was for the passenger-side airbag, I understood why the work took an extra day, since the whole dash has to be removed. A little concern could have been alleviated if the Service Manager had given me these details at the start. But the work appears so far to be good quality, hence the complete satisfaction rating.
