I appreciated for him to be upfront with the extent of what needed to be done for the service, it was gonna be an expensive one, so I was grateful for no surprises.

Once my first warranty expired on miles, I had every intention of going back to the mechanic who had kept my ‘98 Outback humming along into 2014 (…until I ruined the engine, running out of oil!!) Because of my service relationship with JP, I purchased an extended warranty to 100,000 miles and have continued having JP and Bob Baker service my Outback. Now that I am 7,000 miles out of that warranty, I am still having my Outback serviced at the dealership!
I could save $$ going back to my old mechanic, but because of JP, I’m still here, several years later.
When I received my car I found a big scratch on the rear bumper and nobody has reached back out to me about this.
Service recall took less time and that was much appreciated as I had a puppy in a crate waiting at home. Thanks for that speed. Plus, my puppy thanks you too!????
