We were very satisfied with Chad but not the person who gave us back our car. The oil pan on our car was damaged during service so we needed a loaner. Your other employee wanted to charge us for the gas we used in the loaner (1 gallon) and for the new oil pan. We refused. Chad had great customer service, your other guy did not.

Julian was extremely patient and supportive in responding to my frustration with the malfunctioning sensor on the accelerator linkage. He was timely in coordinating and scheduling repairs.

It was quite confusing when I first got to the dealership. An attendant came to ask me about the issue I was experiencing then told me to wait around for a bit which was fine. He then referred me to someone else who then had to ask me where my car key was (with the previous mechanic or in the car) but by this point I was so confused about what was going on. I was then told that I need to buy a bulb to replace my broken brake light, at which point I asked if this is because the service is not covered by my warranty. The cashier then said he didn’t know and the service attendant who brought me over to the counter said he didn’t check and ask if I want to have them check. I said, yes please (shouldn’t this be part of your normal procedure?). A VW supervisor finally was able to check my warranty for me and yes the service and parts were both covered. Not the best service I’ve had at Bob Baker VW who usually provide great service. Overall, pretty disappointed with this visit.
Tanner was immediately helpful when I pulled in. Followed up with options and pricing in a timely manner. I reached out for status after 215pm. Got answers and made more decisions. Was picked up at home and brought in to free my car.
Wayne, the shuttle driver, was such a pleasant driving companion- not a feat easily accomplished in most.
Overall, a very positive experience-- which explains why I continue to come back since 2006- even though there are closer options to where I currently live. That says a lot.
