Julian was great. Making an appointment and waiting 15 minutes to get the car in, not great. The service shop is great while things are under warranty, clear that they are over priced and inconvenient after that.

I didn’t have an appointment and he took my car right in because the battery kept dying and he made sure to have it figured out so it didn’t keep dying on me. It actually had to have a system update. I had taken my vehicle to another Subaru service appointment and they basically told me nothing was wrong and the battery didn’t start up again three more times. So I’m thankful Brent took my car in and your service people were able to help solve the problem. Brent was personable and delivered excellent service.
