I already send a complaint but the short story is that I made an appointment for 7:30 am and my car wasn’t brought in til almost noon and was then told it would take additional time because the technician was going to lunch. I asked in the morning and again at noon for a loaner car and was denied. I asked them cancel the remainder of my service because I had to be at work at 1:30 pm. It was a waste of my time. I worked til 11 pm the night before, woke up at 6:30 to be at my appointment on time only to have my morning wasted. Not cool and I won’t be back.

Joseph was extremely accommodating. I came in without an appointment, with an air conditioning problem that popped up the evening before. He was very kind, got me in quickly and resolved the problem in just a couple hours! I know this is an issue that typically requires an appointment, and Joseph not only helped me out, but did it extremely quickly and professionally. I am extremely pleased, and it only adds to my loyalty to the Subaru/Bob Baker brand! Thanks Joseph!
