Bobby is an asset to Bob Baker VW and was very helpful to me. In future visits I prefer to deal with Bobby for all my service needs.
I am very disappointed with the management of coupons. I was sent a coupon after an oil change, so I saved it for my next visit. As you know I don't need to do service but around once a year.(coupon expired less than a year after received) This coupon should be valid for at least 18 months. I also had a rebate check from the oil company that had just expired. I felt I was taken care of better at other Bob Baker facilities. I also don't think a quick no appointment oil change should take 2 hours! My service advisor on Saturday tried to help, but manager on schedule would only approve the rebate check. If needed someone is more than welcome to call me.

Tanner was great. My car has an on going issue that yesterday a master mechanic said we should tape the left turning bulb to the sockets in the front to see if that stops it from moving really quickly and not working and then going back to normal where it does work. This left turning signal has been replaced many times -even by your service department as well. There is something wrong. I believe it's the relay in the steering column for the left turn signal however no one wants to really go there. Tanner did make sure master mechanic looked at it and he did follow up with it -he did not pass me off to Zach Lenfestey who is usually my service guy. When I come in again I definitely would grab Tanner -he's an asset. However this is not a fix to the problem. My car is under warranty and I really don't like this kind of fix. As far as Tanner hes really good and I'm glad I got him.
VW however has delayed the airbag repair for what seems like years. This recall is important. We do need it fixed.
Joseph kept me posted as my car repairs progressed. He is very interested in keeping his customers pleased.
