Let me start by saying that JP was awesome. I really appreciated him taking the time to squeeze me in. I was very frustrated by the fact that I was not kept in the loop on the arrival of my part. I had to call and find out that the part was in, and then I had to complain to get it out in right away. I even had to reach out to Subaru for their help.
JP was awesome, but the rest of the system up to that point seemed to ignore basic customer service and just left me in the dark in my hot, AC-less car.

I scheduled an appt at 12:00 for 25,000 mile maintenance. I was told that it would not take as long as it did- 2 hrs and I had to reschedule an appt . Please if u schedule a time to bring in ur car to be serviced or should be priority just like when u have a dr’s appt.
Brent was courteous and respectful and kept me informed regarding the progress of service on my vehicle. Well done!

Service person told us that car was about ready a couple of times but that proved to be untrue. The last time we waited an additional hour and a half before the car was brought out.
I set up an appointment to have the Takata airbag replaced. After I brought my car in, I was told that it had to be ordered. If that was the case, I should have been told that upfront.

Five stars! This was my first time at Bob Baker and I will definitely be back. Chad was super helpful and personable and my car is definitely zippier now! I also had a great experience with your shuttle driver and appreciated the personal service. Thank you!

Julian was great as usual. Unfortunately, the tech who worked on my vehicle was not. I asked to have a fog light bulb replaced as it was out. I was told it had been taken care of however, when I got home I noticed it was still out. Called Julian who told me to bring it back. I could not today but will be back on Wednesday.
Just a comment on your system. When I called for the status of my vehicle Julian was at lunch. I was told no one but Julian could tell me if my vehicle was ready for pickup and that I would have to wait for Julian to return. That seems rediculous to me that no one could access the record for a status. Frankly, it’s poor customer service.
Zach kept me updated while my vehicle was in and it was ready on the date promised.
I am always satisfy with the services done in my car.
