Zack more than exemplifies the best of the best in Norman's wonderful team of service agents at Bob Baker Subaru, Carlsbad.. Zack and Norm always greet me with a warm welcome by name "Hi Nancy." Zack remembers everything about my Subaru's history even before opening the computer record..... and he knows and explains in layman's terms what needs to be done...and let's me know what to keep an eye on for a later visit ( e.g. back brakes replacement coming up in a couple of months) I'm so very fortunate to come to Bob Baker Subaru where I can relax knowing that my Subaru is being cared for just like "Bob Baker's" own car would be serviced !

Tanner did a very good job getting my car into service and completing the paperwork. He also arranged for the rental car company to pick me up.
When picking up my car Leah did a walk around with me and I noticed a crease on the right rear fender. She said it was noted and it was wa my problem. My problem I did not have any damage prior and it wasn’t pointed out to me. Other dealerships have you do the walk around and initial the sheet next to the damage. Paint is not damaged but the crease is visible.

I thought I needed work done on rear brakes, but a close inspection revealed minimal wear. I value that when I bring my car in for work that only the work needed is done. This is building trust and I’ll reward that trust by returning for any future repairs.
