I’ve been unimpressed with bob baker and only use them for warranty work when necessary. Service isn’t something that I feel you deliver
I made the appointment at least a month ahead and there was still no loaner available so I had to shuttle over to the rental car service. Then my car was not done even though I was promised twice, that it would be ready by end of day. I know it gets busy but appointments made ahead should take precedence.
The rep was very communicative and professional and the car was ready the next day.

My visit was just for a simple recall so there weren’t any problems to discuss. Howver, Juan was friendly, had a positive attitude and seemed quite efficient.
