He called and updated us about the car . Called to let us know when he thought it would be ready . He was available to answer our questions when asked. Called and let us know that carwould be ready in 30 minutes gave us time to drive from Oceanside to Carlsbad. He was a pleasure to work with. Elizabeth Dallaire

My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 am, but mechanics were not scheduled to work during that time so my car did not start getting serviced until 8:00 am.
Also, the wash on my car was not up to par.

I arrived early without an appt. Sat was the only day my car was available. I also was on a time restrictive window, I needed to attend a funeral and the service tech made/programmed the spare key I purchased weeks ago. Thank you for servicing me promptly. I tried to make an appt, but none were available when I called on Tuesday for a Sat appt.
