I got screwed over and I think you need to make sure all the employees are knowledgeable and don’t give customers false info
Chad saved the day and is awesome. However, someone dropped the ball beforehand. I was told that I would get a call when my car was ready. Unfortunately, that call never came. I called a bit after six and luckily Chad was still there and able to help me get my car and get home. Less upsetting but still annoying was that I asked whether I could get the inside of my windows cleaned, and was told yes. Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
I get that it was Friday, and I know that stuff happens, so I'm not super upset. But it sucked enough to be worth mentioning.
Joseph and service manager want to ensure customer satisfaction. And they accomplished that goal. I am very pleased.
