Car still drifts to the right, but not a pull to the right. It's quite a bit better now.

Julian went above and beyond my expectations by getting my car and washing it when other staff was on lunch break.
Other than by myself, my vehicle has only been washed twice, both times by Bob Baker Volkswagen. The first time was the complementary detail after purchase, at which time my b-pillar trim was severely scratched. The second time, during an oil change, I requested no car wash after my poor experience with the first wash, but it was still washed. Now, the trim is 200% worse than the first time. I need this to be remediated. Please advise.
My experience with Bobby Reynolds was very satisfying. He was friendly, efficient,responsive to my requests, and took good care of my xar. Most impressive is that he remebered me from our first meeting six months ago!
