This is a brand new car that came with a check engine light I was promised this would be fixed and shield protectant to be applied as I could nt pick up till 9/30. Yet I was told to pick up Saturday and the Protestant was not applied. I am still not positived why the check engine light came on . I still haven’t taken delivery of this vehicle and for some reason I have an email statin I have an appointment on 2/1/2019 I have no idea why ???!! I don’t even own the vehicle officially yet. So yeah
When I was called to pick up my car, I was treated so courteously and politely. When I left off my car, It seemed as if I was getting passed over although I had an appointment. Never did see one of the managers. A young man who helps prepare the cars told me he would take care of my checkup.
Also, I brought my car in because of some lights appearing on my dash. They were checked and I was told everything was fine. The next day they appeared again. I replied to an email sent to me by Bob Baker and never received an answer.
I appreciated Carlos attention to detail and respectful attitude.
Joseph was wonderful! Repair fell under my warranty and he hooked me up with a rental and all. I just wish there was a dealership closer to Escondido as taking my car to Carlsbad always turns into a day-long event. In fact, I pretty much hate having to bring my car in but Joseph's service made it all a little bit better. Thank You!
