Julian was great, but I was surprised considering how many service advisors were walking around when I showed up at 8:55 for my 9am appointment that it took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Also took nearly 20 minutes to get my car after I paid for my service. Apparently it was blocked in in the back lot. At least my car was washed.

This was my first service appointment. I was greeted by a welcoming representative. My concerns were addressed and I was shuttled home( after offered a snack) J P kept me informed about my service and reassured me that our forester is ready for a 2000 mile trip. Thank you for making me feel safe and happy that we bought our Subaru from Bob Baker.
