I just want to say that this was one of the WORST EXPERIENCE i have ever had at a dealership. Previously, living in Chula Vista, I had no problems with National City Subaru. Subaru prides itself on customer service and there was none of that at Bob Baker. NEVER will I bring my car here again. Julian was rude and very unaccomodatong. I had an appointment Saturday morning, I waited for over 30 min, he never acknowledged me. He was too busy. Then called to let us know that we had to wait until Monday to get a diagnostic. With a too bad for you attitude. When he did call and my husband called him back, Julian stayed the total was 242 to fix the car. When I got there it was 327 and he said my husband was so wrong. There was never an apology for any of his terrible unfriendly behavior. I am quite surprised that Subaru employs such a person. Never again. A terrible Yelp review to follow as well. Very disappointing.

Julian Perez was the best Customer Service Rep we have ever dealt with. Very professional,considerate and went beyond in making sure our vehicle was properly serviced. I appreciated his communication and updates regarding progress and timeline of service. Julian should be commended as I would return based on his care and concern that the vehicle be serviced and safe.

I was told on the phone that the testing of the electrical system would take about two hours. Upon arrival, the service tech did not correct or advise me that the process would take more time. Instead I was there waiting for five hours. Then when completed the the service tech said that the charging of the system alone took over two hours. If I had been told that initially even when the car was in the charging phase, I would have done other things like take your shuttle. However, I was basically left to try to decide on my own as to when the car would be completed. I am happy that the testing was complete and a new battery installed but a little better communication from the service tech would have made the repair timing much easier on me and the experience much more pleasant.

I got two tires replaced and an alignment. I went to pick up the car and remembered I needed an oil change. It’s pretty inconvenient for me to bring in my car for any kind of service. I would like to minimize my trips to the dealership. I said something to the service tech and there really was no response. I’m fully aware I’m responsible, however that would of been some great service if they checked and said something to me. Other then that all was fine.

Driver side front tire might need to be rebalanced. No confirmation that the window regulator was ordered and expected install date. Was told the shuttle service would be getting to me 20 minutes after I dropped off my vehicle but waited an hour before I utilized Lyft to get home. William Carrasco and the technician's did a good job handling my vehicle start to end but the above grievances are what stuck at the Forefront of my mind when I left.

Tanner was great but the paint job wasn’t what I expected. Looks like touch-up with nail polish and a light buffing. Didn’t even wash the “newly painted” car!

JP in service as well as Mr. Elliott, the service manager did exceptional work on my car. Additionally, they totally addressed my issues that preceded them at delivery as their "own problem".
