Mr. Lenfesty has provided the greatest service I've ever experienced at any dealership hands down. From my recent car troubles to my regular service he helped me with 2 years ago... I've always had well-explained diagnostics, incredible hospitality, and knowledgable recommendations for service to be done. 5 star rating, give this man a raise!

I was quoted about a 45 min wait for the recall issue, which is why I went to the dealership to begin with. However, I was quoted a 30-minute wait time over the phone when I made the appointment. I appreciate that JP told me about the first service for my car so that I wouldn't have to come back in. He quoted me about a 2.5 hour window time and he was accurate, which I appreciated even more! Wayne the driver was also great! He was a safe driver and carried a good conversation.

The drivers foot well as stained with grease. On my drive home I noticed the CEL was on. The computer says it is a P20E8 Reductant Pressure Too Low. Was the pump not hooked up right?
