I thought I would never come across someone as good as Ron. I was wrong, Julian I have to admit is even better than Ron. Sorry Ron, you can’t defend yourself now you have retired. I left a message for Julian and within minutes he returned my call and walked me through how to reset my front window that would not close without shutting it in stages. I thought I was going to have to another window fixed. Now that’s what I call great customer service. Today I brought my car to get the rear window fixed and it was fixed. Thank you Julian! I want Julian next time I have to come in. I do have to say I love coming to Bob Baker VW - Subaru; everyone is so helpful and pleasant.
