I existe hé and technicians were able to accommodate my request for tire change and alignment on Saturday since it is very difficult to come in during the wek due to patient schedule. Work was done as promised and good follow up

I was frustrated inability of service to adjust my headlights to a setting that made safe sense. I got on the internet and found how to adjust it myself and it took me 10 seconds. What is up with that?
My other issue is around the tailgate lift sensor which, again, he didn't work for me yesterday.
Your service advisor waa a excellent, best i have ever dealt with but it takes way to long to get service done, I'm thinking maybe a Lake Forest Subaru may be bette, quicker.

Was able to have a rental car (Free) overnight and even had our car washed. The best thing though was the problem was fixed! I would highly recommend Bob Baker Suburu service and especially ask for Joseph Phillips.

It is nice to have a repair tech that is not out to make a profit by bumping up your repair costs. I trust Zach, he is thoughtful, helpful and I try to always contact him when my car is in need of service.
