Your sshuttle driver, Wayne, wasvery professional, polite and helpful. Your van, on the other hand made loud and harsh and grinding noises. It is not a good recommendation of the quality of your vehicles and service. It makes me wonder about what kind of vehicles and service you provide. Wayne is a fantastic marketing advantage for Bob Baker. The van is a black eye.
