Julian was super amazing! Very personable and professional. I had my check engine light come on the day after I got my car back, gave Julian a call and he got it in and got me in a rental car for the time being. Great employee!!

Just that you know. I am so done with subway and your service department that I will trad it in for a another brand. After being an owner of multiple Subaru vehicles, It is very disappointing to see the low quantity of the ascent models and the provided services. My car was in the shop for over 30 days. Not once someone reached out to me for updates, loaner cars, rental cars. They did not even wash may car. It is a shame.

I always get good service and I love Julian. I enjoy talking with him and he never makes me feel like he has something to do other than talk to me. I know they are all busy so it means a lot.
