I got a normal 6000 mi service. Picked up my outback, drive home and noticed my engine bay pouring smoke, I lifted the hood and discovered the oil cap had been left off and hot oil was shooting everywhere. Half the engine bay is covered in oil and the inside and outside of my car smell like burnt oil. I called the dealership and left a message but if they called back they didn't leave a message. Pretty disappointed and frustrated that factory trained technicians could mess up something as simple and important as that.
Zach was very helpful and explained what was being done. It’s always nice to have a pleasant, friendly service person.
