My service manager JP is a total superhero! I had no idea what to do with my flat tire, wasn’t sure what I had signed up for when I bought the car. He called me back within seconds and guided me through the process. he also got me in as a priority repair. He always goes above and beyond and I appreciate him so much!!! He is a diamond in the rough with his exceptional level of service.

Our service rep, Tanner was great. My disappointments were not his responsibility or something within his control. I was disappointed that I did not get a full tire rotation and that the service of my vehicle took from 11:15am to 2:58pm when I was advised it would be an approximate 2 hour wait, and we had to seek out updates despite leaving a contact number. None of this was Tanner’s fault, but definitely something the management at Bob Baker service Dept. should look at. Grace given due to Covid-19 and shortage of help everywhere. Still disappointed, however.

Julien came out to meet me. Aware that I had made appt for recall issue. He know I was past my oil change so we added that in. I was told when makingvappt that it could be up to 3.5-4 hr wait time. He agreed it could take that long... but it was done in 3!! Yay!!! Waiting area was great. All went well!
