When we received the statement for our recall, it said that it would take three hours to finish. I also wanted an oil change and running light replaced. I was told it would take until the next day. I dropped my car off at 7:30 AM. It should not have taken that long for the minimal work that was completed on our car.

William Carrsco was friendly & professional. He answered all my questions & kept me up to date on the status of my car. He also let me know what services I may need when my car hits the next 10,000 miles. My Impreza is 11 years old & he was the best service manager I’ve dealt with during these 11 years. I appreciated all his help.
