Are you aware of and ready to face the reality that some of the VW Golf products have a real problem? My Alltrack groans and the windows squeak when the body undergoes any torsion/twist. The dealership has addressed this by lubricating the weather stripping but that's a band-aid. Is the VW Corporate staff aware of this problem and are the engineers addressing it? When will a fix be communicated? By the way, this is the second windshield I've replaced in 20,000 miles. Did the company lighten up all the components of the Golf in order to achieve CAFE standards or profit goals? I've been driving 55 years and never had a broken windshield. And now I've had two in less than 2 years.

The folks at BB Subaru are sincerely concerned about making my day better. From the minute I drive our 2017 Outbook, “Lark”, into the dealership to the time I leave I feel that we’re seeing a great team at work and their work is for our benefit. Chad is a great member of the BB team.

Was very stressed with car starting slow sometimes and ok others. Was the battery. Stopped in your guys fixed it. Now I am back on my way without thinking I am going to be stuck somewhere Quick efficient and covered by warranty. What more can a grandma ask

You allowed technicians to attempt an update (recall) on my radio and the screen went black. I was told that happens, and it was done knowing that there were no parts available. If this happens when the updates are done this dealership should have repair parts. Now I’m told it will be 4 weeks before I have it replaced. That means no radio, bluetooth, phone capability, maps, backup camera etc. for 4 weeks. After buying this expensive upgraded car I have had too many days with it less than full functioning or in the service department. This car has already been in your service over 22 days in the time since purchased in May 2018. Now I have more time without the car working as it should. I will not buy another car from you or recommend you to others.

Joseph Phillips and Norm the manager were FANTASTIC! I had a recall on my airbag and I was on a very tight time schedule for traveling home to Mammoth Lakes, a 7 1/2 hour drive from Carlsbad. Thank you very much for making my Subaru experience EXCELLENT. We got a rental car very quickly and were able to complete our errands while the airbag was exchanged. Joseph sent updates and returned my call and text very quickly. Keep up the great customer service. VERY MUCH APPRECIATE accommodating my situation, since we do not have a Subaru near our home. I asked for 30K service on my eGolf and all I know was done was brake fluid change and tire rotation. I contacted service technician and have not heard back if other items from VW checklist (e.g., brake pad check) were done. Also ask for quote on wheel caps and have not heard back. Very unsatisfied with this dealership.

The service itself went well. Philip's short resposnes when intaking my car and check out can use a little work. It some times feel like his tone it hanges with me because of how little I look. For example, an older gentleman behind me in line who looks about his late 40s or 50s got a much nicer greeting and clearer explanation on the wait time where he was curt and short with me. My shuttle pick up also took an hour an a half after I had called. I am not sure if it was a miscommunication between the driver and Philip but it definitelycreated some stress as I had informed Philip I had somewhere to be at the time of my service and when I called in before the car was done being serviced to check on the completion time. It was my mistake I should have called for a shuttle before the car was complete and waited at the service center.
