I was disappointed that I had a 12:00 appointment and had to wait till almost 1:30 to get a ride to State Street for lunch due to lack of drivers. It was disappointing that knowing my radio display panel was black, they did not have a replacement in stock knowing this has been a widespread problem. The new radio is now ordered and whenever it arrives, I can again drive from San Clemente to have it installed. Tanner did his best to accommodate us, but we are still are without a radio and all the benefits of the center panel. We have had our 2018 outback since 2/18 with only 6400 miles and love our car.

Tanner was courteous and explained the service to be performed and was accurate in the duration of the work. He then communicated with me about the work and offered a car wash too. Very satisfied!

I had a 7:30 am appointment and was told that the 150,000 could be done by 12 noon, so I waited at the dealership. Zach confirmed the car could still be ready on schedule at 10:30 am when he came to tell me about another potential problem that was checked. Then, at 2 pm, more than two hours afters my car was supposed to be finished, without any word about why it was taking so long, I went to find Zach to check myself. He told me it would STILL BE ANOTHER HOUR (i.e., 3 pm). The car was finally done at 3:40 pm.
