Zach is an amazing Customer Service Advisor on many levels and a tremendous asset to your team at Bob Baker Subaru. He’s genuinely interested in helping all of your customers and does so in a way that is not only professional, but also honest, warm and sincere. The bottom line is that he does his best to work with each person in a way that makes them feel they’re being treated fairly. My acknowledgment is based on working with him over time. Whereas a sales person may work with you once, you’ll work with someone like Zach much longer over time. He’s one of the main reasons I’d ever consider the purchase of another car from your dealership. My opinion and advice is that you do whatever it takes to keep him ... and have him train your new hires in the same role.

Julian was great, very quick and efficient. I was able to drop off my car, take the shuttle to the rental car place and be back on the road in under 30 min.
Will was very kind and understanding. when I picked up my car there was a minor new problem with my windows and a light, he had it fixed up quickly and with no extra charge, it was great appreciated. Thank you, I will be coming back for future car issues and repairs!
