Zach was a very knowledgeable and polite person. He communicated with me every step of the way during my visit and was updating me on my vehicles status. I would highly recommend him and also Leah as my 2 favorite service people. They are both likable and have a way of gaining your trust when it comes to service advising. I recommend hiring more service personnel like Zach and Leah. They make you feel like you’re part of the Bob Baker Subaru family.

We have had JP since we bought our outback from Bob Baker. He is extremely professional and goes the extra mile to make sure that the work is done and the car is ready before promised. We feel as if we can call him anytime with questions about the car. And he loves Ida!
